Equinox reaches agreement to acquire Latitude Logistics. Welcomes Key Management to Leadership Team
Dubai, 1st October 2025 – Equinox FAS FZE, a leading provider of Fine Art Logistics services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Latitude Logistics, a competitor in the Abu Dhabi market. This strategic move strengthens Equinox’s market position and broadens its capabilities in delivering Fine Art services in Abu Dhabi, a key growth market in the UAE.
As part of the acquisition, Latitude Logistics’ senior management team, including Edward Shiffner, the Managing Director, will join Equinox. Their experience and expertise will play a critical role in driving growth, innovation, and customer value as the two organizations integrate.
